A partner in meeting your event goals, Pat shares a PowerPoint program that includes information about her life and her journey as an author. She reads from her award-winning books for children, teens and adults, and welcomes a Q&A session. In speaking to educators, she affirms their importance and motivates them to connect their educational journey with that of their diverse students. Her programs for Students: 2nd to 12th grade, designed to motivate students to be readers and writers, include a more interactive PowerPoint, an audience-appropriate presentation that can be in English, Spanish or bilingual.

A literacy advocate who loves to share bookjoy, Pat also enjoys readings of her poetry and nonfiction for adults.
