Pat is participating in the Day of Diversity: Dialogue and Action in Children’s Literature and Library Program, hosted by The Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC), in collaboration with the Children’s Book Council (CBC).

Grab a sweet bread and join Cinco Puntos Press for a live broadcast of their new web series, #PanDulce. PanDulce pairs independent press writers for a lively discussion of their lives, loves and books — all in the time it takes to drink coffee and eat a sweet bread. During ALA, they’ll be broadcasting #PanDulce live from the Cinco Puntos booth; this episode features author, presenter and literary advocate Pat Mora and Claudia Guadalupe Martinez, author of Pig Park. If you’re not at Midwinter, you can stream it live.
